Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@vayeatelier.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and email address.

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

Return conditions:

• Items must be in their original, unused condition
• Not used, washed, or altered in any way
• Returned in original packaging
• Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect
