Refund Policy

At VAYÉ, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • unused and in their original condition

  • returned in their original packaging

  • free from damage, stains, or signs of wear

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we may refuse returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging.

We also reserve the right to refuse returns on any item marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at vaye.info@gmail.com with your:

  • full name

  • order number

  • reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at vaye.info@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If your claim is approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order if eligible and place a new order separately.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing from within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to any exceptions allowed by law. Returned items must still be sent back in accordance with the applicable return conditions. Under EU rules, the customer normally bears the return cost unless the seller agrees to cover it or failed to inform the customer about that cost beforehand. Refunds should generally be made within 14 days of cancellation, though a seller may wait until the goods are received back or return proof is provided.
