Shipping Times & Rates

Orders are processed and shipped the following business day. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.

Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. For pre-order items, you may cancel at any time before your order ships.

Pre-order

Pre-order items ship within 2 to 3 weeks. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your bag is on its way.

EU Delivery

All prices include taxes and customs duties for deliveries within the European Union. No surprise charges at the door.

International Delivery

For orders shipped outside the EU, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over local customs fees and cannot predict their amount. Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures. By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are the importer of record and agree to comply with all laws and regulations of your country.
