Order processing
We process orders within 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.
Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. For pre-order items, you may cancel at any time before your order ships.
EU Delivery
All prices include taxes and customs duties for deliveries within the European Union. No surprise charges at the door.
International Delivery
All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid basis, and prices include VAT. This means there are no additional taxes or duties for you to pay on delivery, wherever we ship. Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures.
