We want you to love your Vayé Atelier purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Register your return
Contact us at info@vayeatelier.com within 14 days of delivery to register your return. Please include your order number and email address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Not have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Be returned in its original packaging
Ship your items
Once your return is approved, you'll receive a Return Form by email. Fill it out and include it inside your package. Please pack your item securely and send it to our return address. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Receive your refund
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
