We want you to love your Vayé Atelier purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.
Register your return
Contact us at info@vayeatelier.com within 14 days of delivery to register your return. Please include your order number and email address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in its original, unused condition
- Not have been used, washed, or altered in any way
- Be returned in its original packaging
Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@vayeatelier.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and email address. You can also use the withdrawal button on our website.
We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
Return conditions:

Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Ship your items
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Form by email. Fill it out and include it inside your package. Please pack your item securely and send it to our return address. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. However, if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is at our expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on your card issuing bank.
